Events and Conference Management
There are different types, scopes, and purposes of events, but they all share the same goal: enhancing client’s image and creating a positive relationship with its customers. We have built a substantial experience throughout years of holding and managing events throughout all phases of an event. The “Pre-Event Phase” includes, but is not limited to, planning, event branding, identity designing, invitations, registration, production, guest accommodation & transportation, speakers visa process, and VIP guest handling etc. The “Event Phase” includes venue setup, reception and registration, quality control, time and risk management, etc. The “Post-Event Phase” includes the collection and evaluation of information and a more general review of the event as a whole.
